Day 01 : Arrive Delhi
Arrive Delhi, get transferred to the hotel. In the afternoon, take a tour of the capital city. See the majestic Red Fort, the historical Chandni Chowk, Raj Ghat, Shanti Vana, the Rashtrapati Bhawan, the India Gate, the Laxminarayan Temple, Qutab Minar and the lotus-shaped Baha’i Temple.
Day 02 : Delhi/Jaipur
Morning drive to Jaipur, check– in at hotel after arrival
Day 03 : Jaipur
In the morning, take an excursion to Amber Fort, located just outside the city. The fort is rated as the most beautiful example of Rajasthani forts. Travelling on elephant back to and from the top of the hill to see the fort would be a reality. See the City Palace to savour the blend of Rajasthani and Mughal architecture. See the Central Museum for its large collection of woodwork, Jantar Mantar and the Hawa Mahal are other sites worth seeing in Jaipur.
Day 04 : Jaipur/Agra
Get driven in the morning to reach the City of Taj. Visit the isolated town of Fatehpur Sikri en route. See the marvellous Taj Mahal, one of eight ancient and modern wonders made up of white marbles.
Day 05 : Agra/Varanasi
Take an excursion to Hemis Monastery (45 km) south of Leh on the west bank of the Indus River. See the Drukpa monastery which is built on a green hillside enclosed by magnificent mountains. See the multi-coloured prayer at the monastery.
Day 06 : Varanasi
In Varanasi, take pleasure in a boat ride on river Ganges. See hundred of ghats in the city. You will see the places and sites like the Vishwanath Temple, the Bharat Mata Temple, the Tulsi Manas Temple etc.
Day 07 : Varanasi/Bodhgaya
Reach to Bodhgaya, probably the most sacred place for Buddhists. The place is famous for its Peepul tree under which the Buddha reached to enlightenment some 2500 years back.
Day 08 : Bodhgaya
In the morning, start the tour of Bodhgaya by visiting Mahabodhi Temple. Proceed further by seeing the Bodhgaya Archaeological Museum and finish the tour by seeing the Jagannath Temple.
Day 09 : Bodhgaya/Patna
Get driven to Patna in the morning. Start the day by visiting Har Mandir Sahib, also known as Patna Sahib. It’s the place where the 10th Guru of the Sikhs Guru Gobind Singh was born in 1776. Also visit Golghar and Patna Museum.
Day 10 : Patna/Kushinagar
Visit the Rambhar Stupa and the Mahaparinirvana temple by coming here in the morning.
Day 11 : Kushinagar/Balrampur
Morning drive to Balrampur, arrive Balrampur and check – in at hotel
Day 12 : Balrampur/Lumbini
Morning drive to Lumbini and reach to the place where Buddha was born 2500 years ago
Day 13 : Lumbini/Kathmandu
Take a flight for Kathmandu to land in the midst of green hills and mountains with snow capped peaks.
Day 14 : Kathmandu
Visit Hanuman Dhoka and the hilltop Stupa of Swayambhunath besides relishing the natural charm and splendour of this hilly nation.
Day 15 : Leave Kathmandu
Take a flight for onward destination.
